In this section we will talk about our puppies.

About their birth and the first periods of life.

Care for future offspring begins long before the birth of the litter with veterinary examination of parents, planning of the future litter, care and special nutrition.

A few days before the birth, the mother is under our supervision 24 hours a day.

All litters of our puppies were born in our house and born in our hands.

The puppies usually stay in our house with their mother for up to six weeks.

In the first stage of growth, puppies mainly eat and sleep. This is vital for their normal development, so both puppies and their mother need to be given rest.

In the first days and weeks of their life, every feeding of puppies takes place under our strict control.

It is very important to ensure that each puppy in the litter gets their share of their mother’s milk. This is the foundation of a puppy’s health. With mother’s milk, they receive all the necessary nutrients and vitamins.

In the first hours and days, the mother passes on important antibodies and nutrients to the litter, which contribute to the healthy development of the puppies.

If the mother does not have enough milk, then we use goat’s milk, and from the age of 12 days we begin to introduce meat into their diet. First, a portion of a pea and gradually increasing it. Add pureed fresh organic vegetables to the meat, such as carrots, zucchini, pumpkin.

From the age of two weeks, I have been making farm cheese for them and adding egg yolk.

We also introduce homemade kefir into their diet. This product is very saturated with vitamins and microelements, and is an excellent substitute for mother’s milk. Which is a very important factor, since during this period of the puppies’ life, the amount of milk from the mother decreases and the puppies needs to be fed additionally.

At four weeks of age, the puppy is gradually introduced to dry food.

Mom’s and goat’s milk, kefir, yogurt, meat, meat bones, vegetables, eggs, dry food.

Our puppies have a varied menu.

We use premium dry food.

Together with the baby, you will receive all the recommendations for nutrition and menus.

The puppy’s socialization window opens between the ages of three weeks and four months of age.

When puppies take their first steps, play fights begin almost immediately between them, they may try to growl and wag their tail – this is how social interaction begins.

We have two small Shih Tzu dogs and a very adult cat in our house.

This breed of dog loves everyone and everything. These little tomboys would love to play with an adult cat, but he is very wary and prefers to stay away from them. Laughing out loud.

Starting from the sixth week, we transfer puppies to their home. Where they, along with their mother, have their own room and their own territory. Here they get to know our other dogs and spend the whole day playing.

Their house is equipped with air conditioning and a heater, but sometimes, if it rains constantly, we take them to our house.

At the age of 7 weeks, puppies receive all the necessary vaccinations, a veterinary certificate and a mandatory AKC microchip.

At 8 weeks old, the puppy goes to his new home, to his mom and dad FOREVER.

For us, this is a very touching moment.

At the same time joyful, because our baby has found his new family and people who love him, and very sad, because with each puppy we give a piece of our hearts.
