Our first Great Pyrenees, who was a rescue out of Texas, died in January this year. My husband’s birthday was in February and I decided to surprise him with a Great Pyrenees puppy. I looked around at several breeders and also the Pyrenees National Rescue and decided upon getting one from River’s Bend. From my first contact with Tatiana, I knew I had selected the best breeder. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me on keeping this a surprise, including a long distance trip from California to New Orleans by using Pet Commute. I got another male pyrenees who was 9 weeks old at the time of the transport with Pet Commute. My husband was shocked as the puppy was presented to him at dinner at a friend’s home by our flight nanny from Pet Commute.
Our puppy, who we have named Boomer, is now 5 months old and we have enjoyed every single day with him! He was healthy and he is beautiful! We plan to make him a therapy dog and he has already started training. Getting our puppy from Tatiana was an exceptional experience all around! She kept in touch with us once we received him and we still send her pictures of him. Today, Boomer sent his father a Happy Father’s Day message to Tatiana to share with his dog father, Archie.
If we ever decide to get another one, we certainly will get one from River’s Bend.
In comparison to other purebred puppies we have purchased throughout the years, we never heard a word from the breeders once the sales transaction was complete. This is not the case with River’s Bend, which tells me that this is not just a business for Tatiana, but a passion that she genuinely cares deeply about for each and every puppy she sells. This speaks volumes!
