Tatiana is an outstanding Great Pyrenees breeder! There is so much I loved about my experience with her, what she values for this breed, and how she raises these amazing animals. She is open, honest, and always quick to reply. There is a general warmth and compassion when she answers your questions, sends updates and works at helping you pick the best pup for your family (which is difficult when they’re all outstanding candidates!). Their website provides an impressive amount of information on who they are, who their dogs are and provides resources about the breed in general. They are the most transparent breeder I have found. They link their information directly to their dogs’ official pedigrees, health/genetic testing, and they go above the requirements of the AKC bred with H.E.A.R.T. to test for ‘recommended’ health traits. She has found a perfect balance of healthy, attractive, family friendly, protective, intelligent, livestock guardian and laid-back gentle giant. The dogs and their pups are shown an abundance of love which is obvious through the dog’s health and temperament. Tatiana spoils them all rotten! She gives them so much of her time, energy, and special attention; even making the puppies special homemade probiotic enriched treats/food. She even sends home with a huge and heartwarming puppy started kit. It’s easy to see these animals aren’t just dogs, they are part of her family. I wanted to write this review since I brought my puppy home. Every day that goes by I find more to love about our well-rounded pup. I was looking for a family friendly, small farm working dog, with a potential for showing, therapy dog work, and/or service dog work. Tatiana walked me through each of the puppies’ temperaments, activity levels, and interests. She helped me choose an outstanding pup that our whole family couldn’t be more pleased with. My pup, Green Boy from Rosie & Archie litter 12/2023 – now Kerby, is the best pup my family could have hoped for. At 6 months old he is 78lbs, about 25” tall and 28” long. I haven’t shown my dogs previously, though my daughter and I hope to start. He appears to meet every breed standard on AKC! His personality is the best! The Canine Good Citizen training/test should be no problem for him once we get in a smidge more practice. He loves fresh fruits and veggies (thanks again to Tatiana and her early exposure!). He’s my big cuddle bear, my husband’s wrestle partner, and my children’s best friend. He is gentle, though he likes to sit on our cats when they won’t move. He loves baths/showers. He’s not as fond of the hair dryer or being brushed but he’s warming up to it! He is highly intelligent and wonderfully stubborn. He enjoys being outside but is happy to curl up on the couch or bed for daily cuddles. He is loud when he feels he needs to get his point across (typically when he wants outside/inside, breakfast/lunch/dinner, or to play) but most importantly he’s loud when he is protecting his people from predators outside. He’s alerted us to skunks, racoons, and the local group of coyotes. I was outside the first time we heard them, he was just a little guy, but he let out a bark and stayed right by my side keeping guard and watching/listening. He enjoys helping our Boxer hunt the local ground squirrels around the property but mostly that’s for her. He has no supreme interest in small animals when left on his own. He is mostly calm with our chickens and ducks; only following them with a quickened step after they decided to quack mockingly about their displeasure at his presence in the garden. Overall = 10/10!
